What causes spider veins?
Red, blue or purple leg and facial veins can be a result of sun exposure, use of oral contraception, hormone therapy, age or genetics. Laser vein removal is an effective and quick form of treatment for this bothersome condition.
My skin is sun-damaged and I’m looking for the least invasive procedure. What would you suggest?
IPL (Intense Pulse Light) would be the least invasive procedure to remove brown spots.
IPL (Intense Pulse Light) treatments use pulses of visible light to dramatically reduce facial redness and flushing (such as rosacea), as well as reduce the visible signs of sun damage and aging, such as age spots. IPL treatments also smooth skin and reduce fine wrinkling, freckling and irregular pigmentation.
I have severe acne and have tried every medication under the sun. What help can you offer?
We have many acne treatments, ranging from Omnilux blue light therapy to chemical peels or more aggressive therapies, such as skin laser resurfacing treatments.
We also will look at balancing your hormones through the use of bioidentical hormone therapy, if that is the underlying cause of the acne.
Dr. Brenza examines your condition from a holistic standpoint, so every treatment is very personalized.

Can you get burned from a chemical peel?
Chemical peels are one of the oldest cosmetic procedures in the world and are very safe. Dr. Brenza will analyze your skin and skin type to find the right peel that suits you. Most require little to no downtime.
I can get Botox at many places in South New Jersey. What makes your center special?
Botox is one of Dr. Brenza’s specialties, after many years of study and practice. While you can receive Botox treatments at a variety of facilities, most do not have the expertise that Dr. Brenza possesses.
Our Botox clients happily agree. There are no shortcuts here, but professionally administered Botox by one of the best in the South New Jersey area.
